Late charges

   
Late charge for annual permit renewal $317 Additional charge if annual permit renewal fee has not been received by 5 p.m. on the last day permit is valid.
Late charge for temporary permits $60 Non-refundable fee if application is not received at least 13 days before the event.

Reinspection and reinstatement

Reinstatement following closure by Health Officer order $410 Reinstatement fee
