The Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is a free preschool program serving low-income children and families, providing quality educational experiences that cultivate the potential of the whole child, and by providing access to health, nutrition and family supports.

Free program for children, prenatal to 3 years; home visits to promote the growth and development of infants and toddlers. This if for home visits, parenting education, developmental screening, and support groups for first time parents who are 22 years old or younger and whose child is no more than 6 months old at enrollment. The services continue until the child’s third birthday.
