Report Business Violations of RCW 70.160
Only violations for business establishments are reported to Snohomish Health District. To report individual violations, contact your local law enforcement agency.

Rebutting RCW 70.160
If you seek to rebut the assumption in RCW 70.160 that it is necessary to prohibit smoking within 25 feet of entrances, exits, windows that open, and ventilation intakes for your establishment, please follow the Rebuttal Procedure below.
