    The Department of Early Learning (DEL) places a high value on families and the relationship between parent and child. To ensure our children are safe, DEL partners with parents, early child care providers and other early childhood specialists to help protect and nurture our children.

    Healthy Child Care Washington is spearheaded by the Washington State Department of Health and works to create partnerships between families, child care providers, and health professionals to promote healthy child care settings and child development.

    Snohomish County SAFE KIDS is to prevent unintentional childhood injuries and to save young lives. In order to do this, we strive to coordinate countywide efforts that increase community awareness through education, special events and distribution of protective equipment.

    Help parents by supplying valuable information on licensed child care in your area and tips for selecting a child care provider. Also help child care providers by offering professional training, educational scholarships, and an abundance of resources.
