The Assessment Program uses data and scientific methods to understand the health issues in our county. We collect,
analyze, and disseminate data to describe our population and to identify trends and changes in health outcomes and
related behaviors. We disseminate these data via reports, publications, a newsletter, and in data tables and graphs
available on our website. Individuals, agencies, and organizations use our data to identify community needs, develop
and plan programs, and measure program effectiveness.
