Appointment
- Travel consult should be scheduled 4-6 weeks in advance of departure
- 60-90 minute consult
Vaccine Availability
- Most vaccines are kept in stock
- Japanese encephalitis is NOT available
Fees
- Travel consult: $50.00 per person
- Travel prescription: $25.00 per person
- Office visit fee for subsequent doses of vaccine:
Under 21 years: $26.00
21 years and older: $14.00
- Vaccinations per dose range in cost from $15.00 to over $200.00
- Administration fees are charged per vaccine, $15.00 or $20.00
- Lab costs vary
- Services solely for travel do not qualify for sliding fee
Payment
- Due on the day of service in cash or check
- Credit and debit cards are not accepted
- We do not bill private insurance
- Most medical coupons are accepted
- Medicare is accepted for influenza and pneumonia vaccines, non HMO clients
