- Travel consult should be scheduled weeks in advance of departure

Vaccine Availability
- Most vaccines are kept in stock
- Japanese encephalitis is NOT available
Fees
- Travel consult: $70.00 per person
- Office visit fee for subsequent doses of vaccine: $35
- Vaccine prices vary
- Administration fees are charged in addition to the cost of the vaccine
- Lab costs vary
- Services for travel do not qualify for sliding fee
Payment
- Due on the day of service in cash or check
- Credit and debit cards are not accepted
- We do not bill private insurance
- Most medical coupons are accepted
- Medicare is accepted for influenza and pneumonia vaccines, non HMO clients
