Snohomish Health District is administering both adult and childhood influenza vaccine.

Fees:
- Flu Shot:
$15.00 for children
$30.00 for adults
- Flu Mist:
$15.00 (age 2yr - 18yr)
$49.00 (age 19yr - 49yr)
Payment: cash, check, medical coupons, Medicare (Must have Part B and not assigned to a provider).
Reduced Fee: application available based on income and household size to 10% of fee
Priority Groups are:
- Children age 6 - 59 months
- Persons age > 50 years of age
- Persons aged 6 months and older with chronic medical conditions
- Pregnant women
- Residents of long term care facilities
- Health care personnel who provide direct patient care
- Household contacts and out-of home caregivers of children aged 0-59 months,
close contacts of people at risk for serious influenza disease
