Free Test Kits and Masks

The Snohomish Health District has received a limited supply of at-home COVID-19 tests kits and KN90 masks. We also have the capacity to offer mobile testing and mobile vaccine clinics. As these resources are limited, they are being prioritized for the following groups:

• Adult family home patients and staff
• Child care staff and children 2-5 years of age
• Community organizations that support underserved and/or high-need populations

 We are reaching out to you as a partner that serves one of those priority areas. If you are interested in scheduling a community clinic, or getting kits and masks for your agency or organization to distribute, please complete this online form.
