Snohomish Health District celebrates National Public Health Week, Apr. 7-13

SNOHOMISH COUNTY--- If you live in Snohomish County, you have 220 public health professionals quietly working for you around the clock. To celebrate National Public Health Week, Snohomish Health District staff created displays to illustrate how local public health is always working for a safer and healthier community. Monroe Parks go tobacco-free on “Kick Butts Day,” Apr. 2

Mayor Walser to present proclamation to Snohomish Health District

SNOHOMISH COUNTY---The City of Monroe plans to “kick butts” -- the tobacco kind --out of their parks Apr. 2, national “Kick Butts Day.” Mayor Donnetta Walser will declare the city’s parks tobacco-free in ceremonies beginning at noon in Lake Tye Park, 14964 Fryelands Boulevard, Monroe. Snohomish Health District announces "Excellence Award" winners

Local businesses recognized for safe food handling practices

SNOHOMISH COUNTY—Judged by their industry peers, seven food service establishments in Snohomish County will be recognized for their excellence in handling food safely.
