SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. – Following a public comment period that drew responses via online survey, email, letters and an in-person listening session, the Vaping Subcommittee is meeting to discuss feedback and potential policy options.
The subcommittee meeting will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 19 in the Snohomish Health District’s Auditorium at 3020 Rucker Ave., Everett, Wash. The meeting is open to the public, but no comment will be taken at this meeting.
“The subcommittee has been committed to reviewing current research findings, policy options implemented across the country, and engaging the community for feedback,” said Dr. Gary Goldbaum, health officer and director of the Snohomish Health District. “At the August meeting, the committee will discuss what the recommendation will be for the full Board of Health at the September 8 meeting.”
