Late charges

   
Late charge for annual permit renewal $317 Additional charge if annual permit renewal fee has not been received by 5 p.m. on the last day permit is valid.
Late charge for temporary permits $56 Non-refundable fee if application is not received at least 13 days before the event.

Reinspection and reinstatement

   
Reinspection and office conference  $335 Per III.B.3 enforcement procedures.
Reinspection after first preoccupancy inspection $200 Reinspection fee
