Human Resources develops programs related to recruitment and retention, employee development and training, as well as labor relations and contract negotiation, implementation and administration; safety and claims, classification and compensation management, and human resources technology leadership.
We provide professional level guidance to management and employees for associated key processes. We foster a forward thinking workforce with employees who are engaged in the District's business and we guide the development of district-wide direction for its people systems.
