Region 3 AIDS Service Network

Snohomish Health District provides HIV counseling, testing & referral services along with partner counseling & referral services. Harm reduction and prevention counseling is also available.
Effective January 1, 2011, the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) is responsible for the functions previously administered by the Region 3 AIDS Service Network. DOH is responsible for the planning and distribution of grants to support community services for people who are at risk for HIV, HIV-positive, or living with HIV disease.
CDC required community planning for HIV prevention services has been consolidated into one centralized, statewide planning group facilitated through DOH.
Community planning for HIV care services and spending in Snohomish County is now being administered by the Seattle HIV/AIDS Planning Council.
