Welcome to Snohomish Health District
Snohomish Health District is the local public health agency for Snohomish County. Our public health professionals work for a safer and healthier community through essential programs and services.
Fair and festival vendor permits
Summer means fairs, festivals and other temporary events. Food vendors need a permit based on the type of food served. For more information, visit theTemporary Food Establishments section of our Permits page. At least one person working in the booth needs a valid food handler card, too.

Help the homeless
Project Homeless Connect is a one-day event that links Snohomish County’s homeless with services and care they need.  We expect 1,200 people this year, and we still need 500 backpacks to fill with shampoo, soap, lip balm, sunscreen, socks, toothpaste, toothbrushes and dental floss.

Please bring your donation to either the YWCA Pathways for Women office in Lynnwood (6027 – 208th St SW), or the Everett YWCA Regional Center (3301 Broadway) by 4 pm, Friday, June 21. Learn more about Project Homeless Connect from United Way of Snohomish County.
